Pastor gatherings

A trusted room for the long road.

Small, biblically grounded gatherings where pastors can step beneath the public role, speak honestly, build trusted relationships, and receive encouragement for faithful ministry.

Beyond the platform

Pastors need places where they do not have to perform.

Ministry can surround a pastor with people while leaving him personally isolated. Expectations remain high, burdens accumulate quietly, and few relationships feel safe enough for complete honesty.

Pastor Gatherings create slower, trusted environments for conversation, biblical reflection, prayer, practical wisdom, and genuine friendship. In keeping with our mission, these gatherings exist to strengthen those who shepherd others.

The goal is not another crowded calendar or information-heavy conference. It is a thoughtful room where pastors can be known, encouraged, and formed for faithful ministry over the long road.

Come as a person—not merely as a position.

Gathering formats

Different rooms for different seasons.

Gatherings can be regional or online, one-time or recurring, and shaped around the needs of a church, network, or ministry community.

01 · CONVERSATION

Pastor Roundtables

Facilitated peer conversations around a focused ministry pressure, leadership question, or shared pastoral concern.

02 · RENEWAL

SoulCare Gatherings

Unhurried spaces for Scripture, prayer, reflection, lament, rest, and attention to the health of the pastor’s soul.

03 · FORMATION

Training Conversations

Practical and biblical development in pastoral care, counseling, leadership, relationships, conflict, and church health.

04 · RELATIONSHIP

Regional Cohorts

Recurring gatherings that allow trust, mutual encouragement, accountability, and meaningful ministry friendships to grow over time.

What to expect

A thoughtful room, not another conference crowd.

01

Biblical encouragement

Scripture and prayer orient the gathering toward Christ, faithfulness, hope, and wise care.

02

Honest conversation

Participants are invited to speak truthfully about ministry’s joys, pressures, questions, and unseen burdens.

03

Practical wisdom

Guided conversations connect biblical convictions with the real responsibilities of ministry life.

04

Trusted relationships

The gathering creates opportunities for leaders to be known beyond title, church size, platform, or performance.

05

Respectful discretion

Participants share a clear expectation of privacy, appropriate boundaries, and care with one another’s stories.

Who gathers

For those carrying the care of others.

Each gathering will clearly identify its intended participants so leaders can discern whether it fits their role and season.

PASTORAL LEADERS

Pastors and Ministry Staff

Lead, associate, executive, worship, youth, care, and other vocational ministry leaders.

MISSIONAL LEADERS

Missionaries and Church Planters

Leaders serving cross-culturally, planting churches, developing teams, or navigating transition and re-entry.

SHEPHERDING TEAMS

Elders and Ministry Leaders

Those entrusted with spiritual oversight, congregational care, ministry direction, and the development of others.

Pastor Gatherings are community and formation experiences, not counseling, crisis intervention, or a substitute for medical or licensed mental-health care. When a participant needs a different level of support, we will encourage an appropriate next step.

Host a gathering

Bring a trusted room closer to home.

Churches, associations, networks, and ministry organizations can host a regional roundtable, SoulCare gathering, or focused training conversation. We will clarify the audience, purpose, format, responsibilities, and appropriate boundaries together.
