At the beginning of an engagement, we clarify the purpose of the work, who the client is, who will participate, what information may be shared, and how recommendations will be communicated. Organizational consultation and individual counseling remain distinct relationships.

Church Care is not a substitute for legal counsel, an independent misconduct investigation, emergency intervention, or licensed clinical treatment. When specialized expertise is needed, we will recommend an appropriate referral.
